Refund Policy


Our customers should outright reject undesirable items to our delivery crew, If 2 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 


Cancellations made past to cut-off at 7PM will not be honored due to the nature of the items being perishable. 


Items rejected are deductible to the total balance to be paid. 

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unconsumed and in the same condition that you received it. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace produce if they fail our quality or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@shopfreshandgreen.com or please contact our hotline for immediate replacement.
