Our customers should outright reject undesirable items to our delivery crew, If 2 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Items rejected are deductible to the total balance to be paid.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unconsumed and in the same condition that you received it.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace produce if they fail our quality or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or please contact our hotline for immediate replacement.
