Our customers should outright reject undesirable items to our delivery crew, If 2 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Cancellations made past to cut-off at 7PM will not be honored due to the nature of the items being perishable.
For undesirable items received, customer must send proof (picture) in our facebook page, instagram, email or assigned customer service attendant. Only items with proof are to be refunded.
Items rejected are deductible to the total balance to be paid.
To be eligible for a return or refund, item must be unconsumed and in the same condition that you received it.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace produce if they fail our quality or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com or please contact our hotline for immediate replacement.
